Installation and use

You may install, use, access, display and run this software on any number of computers, free of cost. This software is intended for use as an aid for high school and college students to understand the basic principles of science and mathematics. The users below the age of 18 years shall use this software with the guidance of teachers / parents only. You agree to not to use the data / information obtained from this software for doing any practical experiments or for life critical missions.

Nature of License

This software is the property of Golden K star. You are only licensed to use the software on computer(s). You may store and copy the software in computers, CD-ROMs etc. But you shall not alter or reproduce or sell it by any means. You shall freely distribute this software to any person(s), without violating any law. All distribution of this software shall be done free of cost only.

Disclaimer

Golden K star disclaims all warranties either expressed or implied, including, but not limited to implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, with respect to the software or documentation. In no event will Golden K star be liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of the use or the inability to use this product even if Golden K star has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In particular, Golden K star shall have no liability for any data stored or processed with this software, including the costs of recovering such data. The methodology of presentation of mathematical and scientific concept in this software is also copyrighted.

Entire Agreement.

This License agreement is the entire agreement between you and Golden K star relating to this software and the support services (if any) and they supersede all prior or contemporaneous oral or written communications, proposals and representations with respect to the Product or any other subject matter covered by this License Agreement. Golden K star reserves the right to change this License agreement at anytime. Use of this software for any period of time constitutes your acceptance of this agreement and subjects you to its contents. Disputes, if any, arising shall come under the Jurisdiction of Kerala state only.
